Does your company verify the licensing and credentials of the physicians listed as available in your marketing materials?
We request CV’s, copies of license registration certificates and proof of insurance for our files for each of our experts. While checking with each specialty respective medical board directory, license verification with each particular State’s Department of Health.
How can I request an IME?
Scheduling any of these services is convenient by requesting a service online or calling us at 248-971-2180.
Do you offer nationwide scheduling?
Yes, although we are a Michigan based company offering local expertise, we proudly serve our clients by providing access to our extensive national database of Board-Certified, Licensed, Practicing Physicians and other Medical Legal Experts of all specialty areas.
Can you provide same day verbal reports? Can you provide written reports via email within a 48 hour TAT?
Yes, though it varies w/ each physician/specialty, case complexity, volume of records & hours put forth.
How quickly will the IME be scheduled after I make the request?
We will accommodate any special dates and times typically have a date within 2-3 weeks from the time of your request.
Can we call you to schedule Depositions?
We will happily coordinate with our physician’s schedules to get your deposition set up.
Do you currently have the capacity to schedule Occupational Therapy evaluations (either in the office or in the claimant's home)?
Yes, we have both physicians as well as Occupational Therapists available for scheduling.
