Upon completion of a comprehensive review of all records, diagnostic films, job analysis & all other provided materials a narrative report summarizing all material reviewed, opinions, rationale, and answers to specific questions is useful for addressing causation, pre-existing conditions, necessity of both past & future treatment.
Diagnostic & Radiological Reviews
A radiology review can be beneficial in providing an objective opinion of all available radiological reports & diagnostic testing by identifying & verifying the severity of recorded findings.
